Two brothers, one philosophy.

Erasmus Cricket Academy is run by two brothers, Marno and Carlo Erasmus, working as one coaching practice rather than two separate offerings.

Their story goes here — how they came to the game, how they came to coaching, and what they set out to build together.

Every session — whoever is running it — starts from the same place: correct fundamentals, unhurried repetition, and honest feedback. We don’t believe in shortcuts or gimmicks, and we don’t believe in coaching by comparison. A session is judged on whether the player left it better than they arrived, nothing else.

That’s also why the site doesn’t ask you to pick a coach up front. Sessions are published to one shared calendar, and you book the time that suits you — Marno or Carlo, whoever is on, brings the same standard.
